Your July 'Hard Things Calendar Is Here
A guide to growing through discomfort — with daily prompts and weekly reflection to build inner strength, one mindful step at a time.
I’m learning a lot lately about the value of doing hard things—not in the “grind harder, hustle culture” sense, but in the real, grounded, soul-shaping way.
This past weekend I took my family on our first camping trip (I wrote about it in yesterday’s post), and let’s just say it didn’t exactly go to plan. But it taught me something important: when we stretch ourselves, even just a little, discomfort can become a doorway. To clarity, to connection, and sometimes, to quiet joy.
That’s what this month’s calendar is all about.
Each month, I create a minimalist, mobile-friendly calendar to help paid members stay grounded in a single theme. Because values like presence, courage, and resilience take time and repetition to stick.
This month’s theme is Doing Hard Things.
The kind of hard that brings meaning—not burnout. The kind that builds inner strength—not ego.
The calendar includes:
– A weekly theme rooted in Stoicism, mindfulness, and everyday wisdom
– Daily reflection prompts to keep your values in focus
– A question to help you close out each week intentionally
– A printable and mobile-friendly design you can carry with you
